DECAFrio is a delicious decaffeinated coffee produced by APAS VAHU group smallholder farmers.
APAS VAHU stands for Asociacion de Productores Agropecuarios Sostenibles Valle del Huayabamba Apa, an association of coffee growers who focus on organic methods and protection of their environment through their farming practices. The group was founded in 2016.
This single-origin decaf was decaffeinated at a facility in Mexico. The Mountain Water process utilizes a water and green-coffee solution to extract caffeine from green coffee while retaining the flavor's integrity.
